A 2025 Case Study of Bauser’s Pet Training by Riz MVA LLC

Executive Summary

Bauser’s Pet Training is a dog training company. Their training facility is located in the heart of Miami. The company wants to increase its social media engagement as suggested by a business coach. More social media engagement could mean more sales for the company. Bauser’s Pet Training’s founder and lead trainer, Christine Snelgrove, reached out to Riz to achieve the desired results. Riz formulated a Reel Reach Strategy, and Christine agreed to execute it. Bauser’s Pet Training began publishing 2 reels daily, which resulted in reaching 45,000 people, or 6,600% more than their previous performance. 

Introduction

Bauser’s Pet Training records at least 8 hours of dog videos daily. Riz professionally converts the videos into reels and publishes them on various social media platforms. For this case study, we will focus on Meta’s Facebook. Our case study aims to help more entrepreneurs discover how engaging reels will help them reach new audiences. The biggest challenge is determining the best way to increase social media engagement. 

Findings

We used Meta Business Suite’s Insights feature to check the current stats of Bauser’s Pet Training. After that, we conducted tests to determine which type of reel is more effective. Test C is entertainment reels. Test B is education reels. Test A is a combination of entertainment and educational reels. Entertainment reels are easier to create compared to educational ones because the latter requires constant guidance and due diligence with the client. Clients are generally busy with their daily operations, and requesting to be part of their busy schedules must entail proper preparations. You need to have a clear agenda because your time and resources are important. The reels, as part of the marketing efforts, are important for the business to grow. 

The combination of entertainment and education is the most effective reel to reach new audiences. It takes longer to produce, but it has the best results. Our 2025 September Meta Business Suite’s Insights data show how entertaining educational reels have exploded our Views to 3,000% and Viewers to 6,600%.

Discussion

An alternative approach to having more social media engagement to increase sales is running a Meta reel ad. Our original Reel Reach Strategy was meant for a long-term investment. The longer the reels we publish out there, the more they get views and get discovered or rediscovered by people without spending additional ad dollars. The Meta reel ad is only shown during the ad campaign period. However, we can specify who our target audiences which makes prospecting and qualification of leads easier. This also meant our client had to spend extra on the ad budget to be able to reach their desired target audiences and goals. 

We ran a reel ad for Bauser’s Pet Training this 2025 October. The campaign period is from October 14, 2025 until October 24, 2025. We only had an ad budget of $100 as a test. The results of the short campaign are amazing!

The average Google Ad spend is $20 per qualified lead. Our reel ad only had $8.33 per qualified lead as the Cost per result shown in the screenshot. This resulted in 12 qualified leads with an average minimum spend of $60 each with Bauser’s Pet Training. The reel ad’s Return On Ad Spent is roughly $720 or 7X the original ad budget of $100.

Meta also disclosed to us that reel ads reach 15% more people than regular ads. This could have worked in our favor for a cost-effective marketing campaign. 

Conclusion

Our case study aims to help more entrepreneurs discover how engaging reels will help them reach new audiences. Our Reel Reach Strategy of publishing 2 entertainment education reels daily resulted in reaching 45,000 people, which is a 6,600% increase compared to the client’s previous performance. An alternative approach is to run a Meta Reel Ad to be able to hit the client’s goals in a shorter time frame.
