Step 1 – Listen
Our clients set an appointment with us with a problem and goal in mind. We listen attentively to what they have to say as the first step of identifying the problem or opportunity or both.
Step 2 – Diagnose
We do our best to evoke or draw out more meaningful information or insights from the clients by asking questions. The more questions and answers we have, the better we understand the problem or opportunity.
Step 3 – Research
When the problem or opportunity has no similarities from our past work, we will research and get as many facts and common knowledge about the subject.
Step 4 – Analyze
We will analyze the data from our diagnosis and research. Identifying trends and patterns will be helpful in our formulation of new strategies.
Step 5 – Strategize
When the problem or opportunity has similarities with our previous work, we will recommend proven or similar strategies that we have executed. Otherwise, we will carefully craft new strategies to be the basis of our tactics and executions in the future to grow our client’s brand and riz.
